The Employment Security Commission involves 22nd Century Technologies to provide application development services for a Windows client application. 22nd Century Technologies will work with ESD staff to design and develop new applications. 22nd Century Technologies will provide application design, planning and development with creation of graphical user interfaces and code development that address business needs. This project will also be involved with developing time estimates and identifying project milestones so as to define efficient cost & time optimized results.
