22nd Century Technologies will work towards the development and implementation of modifications to agency wide Comptroller's Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system. 22nd Century Technologies will also be working in the development of ICM routing scripts and Studio VXML applications for ACDs with configuration of telephony applications such as automated attendant, web attendant, interactive voice response and research and integration of new ACD applications into the existing environment.
